Questions about paying
How does the free trial work?
Pick any plan and use it free for 14 days. No payment needed. When it ends, keep that plan, choose another, or move to the Free plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your paid features keep working until the end of the year you paid for. See Refunds and cancellation.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time, and unused time carries over. Move to a smaller plan and the time you've already paid for becomes extra time on the new plan. Move to a bigger plan and either pay just the difference and keep your renewal date, or pay nothing now and renew a little sooner. You always get both choices, with the exact amount and date before you confirm.
How many people can I add?
Family 2 covers up to 2 people, Family 3 up to 3, Family 4 up to 4 and Family 6 up to 6, including you. Need room for more? Move up a plan any time.
Is there a monthly plan?
No. All plans are yearly and the price includes 18% GST.
Do you offer plans for companies or schools?
